The journey back to the throne: Can Happy FC conquer the championship once again?

When Happy FC dominated the Women's Community Cup in March and May with two consecutive championships, they were almost an unstoppable force. Their fast-paced attacking style combined with a solid defense helped the team set the standard for performance throughout the tournament series.

On their journey to conquer the March championship, Happy FC easily advanced through the group stage with 4 consecutive wins, scoring 14 goals and conceding none before claiming the championship. In May, they continued to showcase their superior strength by winning all their matches in Group A with 18 goals scored and no goals conceded by their opponents. Happy FC successively defeated Tình Bạn FC 11-0 in the Quarter-finals, beat ĐI BỘ FC 7-1 in the Semi-finals, and once again secured the championship.

July Turning Point: Globalinks FC Emerges

However, football always holds surprises, and the landscape can completely change after just one tournament.

Happy FC's absence from the July tournament opened the door for a new contender to assert their dominance. Globalinks FC seized that opportunity convincingly. Led by standout striker Trịnh Nguyễn Thanh Hằng and reliable goalkeeper Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Trâm, Globalinks FC had an impressive run throughout the tournament. After a convincing group stage, they defeated WAO FC 2-0 in the Semi-finals, before securing a 4-0 victory against ĐI BỘ FC in the Final to lift the championship trophy.

September: An Incomplete Comeback

All eyes were on the September Women's Community Cup as Happy FC officially returned, promising an anticipated showdown with the reigning July champions. However, their comeback journey did not unfold as expected.

Happy FC continued to display impressive form with a perfect record in Group C. However, their ambition to reclaim the top spot was unexpectedly halted in the Semi-finals when they lost to TINY FC with a narrow score of 0-1.

Meanwhile, Globalinks FC maintained their high level of performance. The team secured a 7-0 victory in the Semi-finals, then overcame TINY FC with a 3-2 scoreline in the Final, thereby successfully defending their championship and extending their consecutive winning streak.

Happy FC secured third place after a narrow 3-2 victory against ĐI BỘ FC. This is still a commendable result, even though they couldn't replicate the championship success they achieved in previous tournaments.

With both Happy FC and reigning champions Globalinks FC absent from the next tournament, the race for the championship will become more unpredictable. This also presents an opportunity for other teams to compete and aim for the prestigious cup.
